Masia Can Bosc is an early-stage rural hospitality and ecosystem project near Barcelona. It combines a large rural estate, event infrastructure, accommodation, outdoor space, forest surroundings, and family-run hospitality into one flexible platform for gatherings, retreats, celebrations, and group experiences. The current business model focuses on retreats, private celebrations, team events, BBQ gatherings, and short-term accommodation. At the same time, the long-term vision is broader: Masia Can Bosc can develop into a social housing project, an eco-community, or a rural living ecosystem that combines nature, accommodation, shared lifestyle, and community infrastructure.

The project’s strength lies in the combination of a rare physical asset — 3 hectares of land and around 1000 square meters of built space — with a warm, personal, family-led operating model. Guests do not only rent a venue; they enter a place with a calm atmosphere, human hospitality, and a clear lifestyle vision.

Masia Can Bosc is now entering its next development stage: renovation, licensing work, investment, and clearer strategic positioning. Even at this early stage, it has already shown demand through retreats, birthdays, team events, large gatherings, positive guest feedback, and visibility through Instagram, Google, networking, retreat-house groups, and word of mouth.

The project is relevant because it shows how rural real estate can become more than property: a social, hospitality, and community platform when combined with family work, adaptive entrepreneurship, and a clear vision of slower, more nature-based living.
