Collage is an established creative education project based in Gràcia, Barcelona. Its core activity is English language learning through full immersion, art, theatre, STEAM, play, and multidisciplinary projects. The school works with children and families in its own space and through long-term collaborations with local schools and AFAs. Its strongest differentiation is that success is not measured only by grades or exam results, but by children’s safety, confidence, participation, and positive relationship with language learning. The project has reached more than 5,000 children over 20 years and works with a team of 16 educators. It operates as a women-led organization and as a community hub for local and international families. Collage’s model shows that language education can be creative, inclusive, emotionally safe, and sustainable at the same time.
