Breakfast Barcelona is a mobile breakfast and bakery project created by Yulia and Nikita in Barcelona. Through recurring pop-up events in specialty coffee cafés, the founders serve handmade sourdough bread, cardamom buns, pies, Danish-inspired breakfasts, and other products prepared in-house. The project combines artisanal food, coffee culture, and community-building, attracting around 100–150 guests per event and creating value both for visitors and partner cafés.
